Rick and I have a sewing ministry. We also volunteer for the Socially Responsible Sweatshop of Kent, Ohio. Money from the sale of our handmade items helps feed the food insecure residents in our county. We make gift-worthy beautiful useful items such as purses, all-purpose reversible carry-all bags, utility bags, cross shoulder bags, mini bags, pouches, oven mitt, cotton napkins, fanny packs, meditation pillows, and much more.

We sew using up-cycled boat sails, donated fabric, and woven plastic animal feed bags thanks to local animal lovers who provide us with their empty bags.
